One of the best bakery in Fremont. We ordered fresh fruit cake here and it was too good. Ice cream with jelly toppings is another item to try.
Courteous people behind the counter. Their pastries are a treat to your mouth. They are so delicious. We do not live near to this place, but whenever we go to Fremont we stop at this bakery. They also serve cold milk tea.
My experience with this baker on my Son's birthday was TERRIBLE. Every kid on the birthday celebration started spitting the cake. The so called Butter cream layer had a weird taste, medicine flavor with a sense of irritation. The coloring they used was so strong, that did not go away even after soap wash. When contacted them the same evening, was surprised to hear that the baker did not taste the cream during preparation. I would definitely NOT recommend them for any consideration. Highly disappointed !
