We are serving all our cars at Westcoast Auto in the last one year since we moved to the Bay Area. We are very pleased with their thorough inspection & maximum life usage of the parts and the timely delivery.
As for now i would keep this mechanic for my cars for sure and recommend to others as well,
I have taken my vehicle in 2 times now. Both times I have received excellent customer service. And Tej always gives me the used parts back. I know the work was done that way. He also explains what's going on and the estimate is right on the money!
Tej is very good person and very knowledge, i went over there as i was getting some sort of sound from dashboard and he without checking the car said everything in detail and as we know if we go to mechanic for small problem also they say us to repair even if its not necessary but these guys are not like to that, if its needed to repair they say to us otherwise they give us good opinion.
One of my friend referred me to West Coast auto .My cars have been serviced here for the last 4 years. I found both Sam and Tej very prompt and trustworthy and always tries to accommodate with my schedule .I live in Tracy and few of my friends are also driving down to Fremont for service.Very professional , genuine and I recommend.
As we know ,now a days we search for good mechanics who don’t fool us and i would say this is the right place with good reviews.
Extremely rude and never take responsibility if things go wrong. No professionalism with this person. I had oil change which ran out in just 1 month. And he showed me paper note that it’s my problem. But when asked logical question about why it ran out suddenly so quickly, the guy was extremely defensive. I went to another shop and they just mentioned that there is no problem in engine ,but the guy had put lighter oil and may be less quantity.Not only that, the guy had guts to tell me not to come back again to his shop. That’s the attitude.
But i am not aware of the prices they charge, i would check it out further.
