My wife has had her car detailed several times here, and every time she was impressed with the results. All of the work is done is plain view, so you know how hard they are working, and how well they know their job. I took my car in for detailing on a very hot (94 F) afternoon, and these guys didn't slow down a bit.
Hard working people just wished my windows were cleaned a little bit better but hey that's what Windex is for.
I have been there as a customer for more than 5 yrs now. They do a good job cleaning & washing my car. Good service overall.
The customer service was ok and the speed of the service was awesome. However I paid an extra $65.00 for an extra interior cleaning and feel like I didn't get my monies worth. There were a few places they missed and the windows from the inside had wet spots like they used an already wet cloth. The $29.95 value was the best way to go I probably would have been more satisfied if I had spent less.
