Im extremly disapionted with the current changes of service at fremont court years ago me and my husband lived there and had two children there plan on moving back
I went to clear a few queries regarding trial de novo. They patiently answered all queries
soon in the near future.but the shorting of hrs frustrateing they close at 230 wth also three seperate front desk attendants or aka court clerks were total jerks i asked how to clear my tickets she told me one thing hella quite hella slow i could hear her she looked at me like i was stupid and claimed the other lady another clerk was too loud but she was way too soft spoken to work at a customer service job.then i claimed that lady was working here for years andhad people flying in and out of her window like hot cakes wish i had het dambit then she gave me a pass was claiming to be nice to cut back in line to pay i told my bf what was asked of me so i got back in line asked to sing up for homless court man refused to sing me up ??? Got out of line and back into another line this bald black lady was helka rude asked about further infirmation about my tickets and how to pay or reduce it she snapped at me get out my window after sitting there for goid 10 15 ignoring me aftet i saud hello hello.wth gela rude and said get away from my window wth????? So i went to the first ladys window now she tells me to pay 50 to release the hold on my licence and come to find out it didnot wtf waste of my time and money and lies just to take my money i got home called the dmv they said it didnot release the hold on my licence a sj ticket would do that the same clerk knew that at the fremont court still lied and took my money .im calling today to make a complaint lady said i caint hear you call back later after being on hold for 25 min in a line of 15 callers tells me to call back later then i said wait im not done she said oh ok then what i said let me talk to the supervisor be ause she was claiming she couldnt pull up the dmv record but that was a blaten lie tickets are county and dmv records.she claimed i couldnot talk to the supervisor that itwasnt permitable another lie.then proceeded to get off the phonei said whats youre name cause when i call back and get a supervisor im going to tell them i talked to you she said her name was corey.so im going to call back and co.plaine about the services i recieved to the supervisor later when i get a chance if im not herd im going to complain to the county im not playing lol.
You have to show up at least an hour before they open doors because they only take a small amount of people per day and the line gets long. Then, they check to see if there are any excuses to send you home like they don't have your case number on file, so come prepared. Then you wait for another hour before they let you in the court and another half hour before the judge shows up "on time". They treat you like a criminal without rights and no one is your advocate, better shut up and put up. The judge lady seems nice while she makes you jump through hoops to finalize a dismissed case.
I personally prefer Fremont's Hall of Justice I have had luck with more than fair judges in criminal and traffic judges that are for helping you help yourself..and my court appointed attorney Mr.Johal was across the board well worth paying for ..he takes his job seriously as his reputation . Leaving the courthouse feeling relieved and all ways treated with respect...
Overworked uninterested staff. Careful screening for “customers “, careless for staff and attorneys. Signage needs improvement.
