My waitress was very nice. Always top the cheese on my pasta and always brought out more bread stick when it ran out. I am definitely impress with the service. It was a busy day and I had no reservations yet I only wait 20 min for a table (definitely not bad). Food was good. Sauces on my pasta was the right amount. The salad had good amount of dressing too, it was not dreach in dressing.
I was in there this afternoon for lunch and had a waitress who's name was Cindy, she was awesome and had extraordinary, superb service. I would definitely recommend this place just because of her customer service. She went beyond my expectations, she was awesome. Keep up the excellent work. People like you deserve recognition.
We had to pay $4 for some dipping sauce for the bread sticks. The waitress didn't even tell us the price. The food wasn't very and DO NOT get the beef dumpling soup thing. It was discussing and the dumpling we're undercooked and it was like eating a ball of snot. And they were gross and I had to spit it out.
I have been going to this Olive Garden for years. The food is good. Most of the waiters are polite. The only complaint I have is with it being too noisy sometimes (but I know that's not the staff's fault). The new couches in the waiting area have improved the place. I definitely recommend the tiramisu for dessert.
I know people don't consider Olive Garden "real" Italian food, but I love it. Unless you do the "call ahead seating," which I always do, you will have a wait. Most always the service is good, and the food comes out fast. My favorite is the shrimp Alfredo.
