It's so packed and the parking spaces are limited. There's a lot of foot and car traffic (I'm inpatient too).
Although it's already ageing a bit. The 5 guys and PF Chang's for example started good but are fading rapidly.
It's a good version of the great American driving mall. Nothing is walkable but parking is pleanty, it's still quite young, so all the shops are still good.
Parking sucks. Nights and weekends really fill up. Spaces are narrow and there are a lot of below-grade landscaping areas between the rows so you can't really walk lengthwise across the middle of the lot. The mix of stores and eateries is pretty good, so not quite a 1-star experience.
This place is great if you love Corporate Mall Space. There's little if any personality or humanity here. No one should be comfortable shopping here on a regular basis; it's probably best for last - minute Christmas (or whatever holiday brand you belong to) shopping. There are more comfortable places to shop otherwise. If you are part of the herd that believes that shopping deserve its own "holiday" and that Black Friday wasn't just another marketing scam then this place is for you.
Up and coming shopping center with increasing stores being added on. A new Korean BBQ spot called Gen has just been added and a Target in the area is also really awesome. Not a lot of parking especially on weekends but there is definitely a push to create a more upscale vibe based on the vendors that are moving in.
The food places are average. I used to like dinning at market broiler but there's also a Mediterranean place that I enjoy. The variety of stores and restaurants keeps me coming back.
