I was refreshed an happy that my massage was inexpensive.
We really enjoyed our couple massage here. I would recommend this place.
I called and got an appointment for Saturday for my husband and I. Pro appointment quick and easy. Lets say that is the only pro I can give this place. We got there on time, waited for someone to check us in. They were busy talking with one another in their language. Then when they did talk to us, they said you pay cash or charge. Charge is more. We waited about 10 min and they took us back to our room. The lady said put your clothes in the box, lay face down. Waited another 10 min for someone to walk in. My husband had a lady I had a man. No big deal. Never once did they introduce themselves, or ask if we had any issues. Well they were talking to one another in their language. finally they stopped talking. The guy burped, someone came in to the room and started talking to them. Then the guy straddled my head when he was working on my back. Was not even close to a good massage. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
I was still generous and paid 50 % tip to my massage therapist. He was a old man, very poor in English and farting several times during massage. Clearly he won't be able to find job anywhere else and who knows how long he will last in his present one.
I did not feel comfortable right from the beginning. Massage therapist did not introduce, no hello, no instructions were given, he straight started working. In his defense atleast he was sincere in his efforts. Room was too warm. I think management reflects poorly here. I have a feeling that management does not even pay its staff. Atleast that's what I gathered from the little whispering between the staff. Massage therapist depends on tips, but if experience is not comfortable and relaxing how can one pay tip?
The staff are really nice and sweet. The environment is relaxing and peaceful. I will be returning soon!
This review is not about him, it is about how FDS is hiring substandard people and giving poor experience to customers. I am never going there again.
