Each of the associate, (Kent, Greg, Ali, Henry, Patrick to name a few) helped me understand car purchase from every aspect like which vehicle to buy, model, Financing/Leasing and up to service. Awesome sales and service team.. Hope to get a good service in future as well.
The person who assisted me was very nice and I have no complaint about them, but the service team did not follow up or on any of the items they offered (cutting me a replacement key or the free car wash with service). I understand this is likely because I only had some basic airbag recall work done, but this practice is not the way to earn repeat business. I will not return here for any issues with my car in the future.
Great experience at Honda Fremont, CA shop. I went for a airbag recall service and was helped by Michael, the service agent. He is nice and professional. He responded my calls a few times quickly and took a good care of my car with additional service advice. The shuttle was convenience. The job is done well.
