Very bad customer service. Today I went to this dealership for to fix my Hyundai genesis windshield, because it has warranty up 100000 mile, but the service guy asked me for extra $160. Although I showed him a warranty form, they refused to fix my car.
I bought a Dodge Dart at this dealer in February, 2017. A sale man said that this car had 2 keys, but at that time, they only kept one of them, and they promised they would sent the other key for me as soon as possible. However, right now I have not receive any keys from them and when I called a sale man who had helped me, he did not get my phone calls. I'm so disappointed in this dealership and the ways they treated the customers, what they said and what they treated are so different !!!
service maintenance is expensive here.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Services/repairs are the worst. I went here for a 30k maintenance and a couple concerns. They never addressed even quoted me on the added items of concerns in the vehicle that I had, suggesting I go else where and that they couldn't find anything. They did not review any of the concerns which makes me doubt if they even did do the 30k service I was charged for. I do not plan on going to this dealer again. I rather take the drive to another Hyundai.
Terrible Customer Service I called about a VW they said yes they still had the car, when I got there for a test drive the car was actually in there Richmond CA dealership (an hour away) I talked to a person on the phone who said to come on in and ask for him, he said hello and then never heard from him. Someone else stepped trying to sell me a New car Hyundai and not the VW I never got to see! I knew when they didn't have the car they were pulling a fast one or Bait and switch
