The hotel is nice but the staff are what really earned the stars. The front desk experience was maybe the best I've ever had. She was extremely friendly and worked very hard to show Marriott appreciated my business. My dining experience was also very positive.
Recommend the restaurant and bar here. Good food. Bartenders are awesome. Way better mixed drinks than most places in Bay area
It was a mixed bag. Pros:The hotel itself was very nice, beds comfortable, parking was free, have us 2 free breakfast coupons ($24 each) nice clean pool & hot tub area. Cons:we reserved a room with 2 beds. At check in we were told they only had rooms with one bed left. We insisted that we'd reserved two beds, so they upgraded us to a suite. Gave us keys, we went up, opened the door and people were in the room, unpacked with TV going. Went back to desk, gave us another room, got there, only one king. Went back again, given a third room, regular with two beds like we reserved...?
The facility is very impacted with business travelers like all hotels in the silicon valley. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Quality of the room is average at best. Bed is comfortable. Restaurant bar is ok. I would definitely recommend it for business stay.
