I stayed in a suite over Labor Day Weekend and this hotel has earned the title of "My Worst Hotel Stay EVER!" I added another day to my stay simply because I didn't want to check out yet and did so online. Apparently, their website sucks and doesn't correlate the correct cost to the correct day. So the next day, front desk calls me saying I have to move rooms. I told them I'm physically disabled, so I couldn't move the belongings of 2 people on a 4 day weekend by myself. They told me, "That wasn't their fault." When I called back 15 min later crying in pain, I told them it was hurting me to pack our things and I wouldn't be able to do it without my boyfriend. They told me there wasn't anything they could do to help. It took my fiancé leaving his tournament and raising an angry hell in the lobby for anything to change. (Turns out it was the website's fault!) I cried for hours and couldn't walk for hours because of the pain they put me though. The worst thing is that no one said I'm sorry. They can't accept fault. Don't go here if you're disabled!! Don't go here if you know anyone disabled!! They have no respect for the physically disabled. It's sad.
I have stayed here multiple times, when I plan to party it up at the Saddlerack. The rooms are huge and always super clean. Definitely feels like home away from home. And it comes with free breakfast.
Rooms are clean but sits back and away from things so have to drive for dinner and traffic is crazy. Rooms near the interstate is loud and can be heard at night when trying to sleep. People don't seem friendly at hotel but hey it's California right. Being Platinum you can barely get a free bottle water. Probably wouldn't stay here as a choice but only if it's the only place available would I choose it again.
Room was fairly large and clean. The hotel itself was undergoing some renovations but they didn't disturb us. The shuttle to Saddle Rack was a very nice amenity as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The room was nice, but the whole place was under construction so it wasn't as welcoming as your typical Holiday Express stay.
