Great moving company
Very impressed with our moving experience. The crew who packed our belongings took great care with every item and were a pleasure to work with. The loading and moving team operated professionally and with great understanding of our needs. Everything worked out perfectly for us.
Good support in the office. Picking up was smooth. Dropping off was smooth. The only problem was that my boxes were covered in ants inside and out when they were dropped off.
Unlike most reviews online, our experience with S&M and United Van lines was great. Right from packing, loading to delivery and unpacking; everything went smoothly. Rebecca was very helpful, always there to answer any queries we had during the process. The driver who drove it all the way across country was very understanding of our situation and brought the stuff when we wanted to. We didn't have any damage of property either. I would highly recommend S&M to folks moving to west coast.
