Nagina books their tickets from online travel agency Sabre . When you cancel your tickets on top of airline's cancellatin charges, Sabre charges you $200 extra. Oouch!

running a travel agency, and you don't know the cancellation charges?
In my opinion, the owner is a charlatan. I suggest to book your ticket online, it's more easy and convenient. If you really have to book your tickets, I suggest to go somewhere else. Avoid this unprofessional guy at all costs.
Finally he gives me a check back, but guess what? It's a 2 month post dated check. I paid him using credit card, but he gives me a check, for which I have to two wait for 2 months to get my money back!
used service several times in past 10 years never had any issues he would try to get good deal, but we should be certain about our dates, any changes to dates wouldn't be a good experience with any agent office.
I have visited at least 6 times to collect my money back. He'll give me silly excuses, like my wife took the check book with her at Costco, I forgot the checkbook at home. C'mon, you are running a business, and you don't carry your checkbook with you?
I read all these online reviews, and decided to book tickets with Nagina travels. The owner, Vir Bedi seemed a nice guy. He would talk to you in very friendly language and make you feel special. He would also make you feel that he is giving you some special treatment, and doint you some favor because he likes you a lot for some reason. But here goes a real experience. I had to cancel my tickets, as I couldn't go on my schedule trip. Now he shows his real colors. He says, I don't know what the cancellation charges are, come back on Monday. Give me a break! You are
