Farnaz handled my itinerary for Europe and Asia. I found her to be very professional, she went the extra mile to get me the lowest fairs and presented multiple itinerary options, with details on price and convenience. What impressed me most was the quick turnaround time of getting the ticket booked. Their office handles everything through emails which I found to be very convenient.
I will write a complaint to the BBB about them because they should not even be in business as they do not know what they are doing. Do not trust them with your money or with your family.
I was lucky enough to be back home to speak with United management or else we all would have been stuck in a foreign country as they said all our flights have been cancelled on the way back. On top of that, all our luggage was sent to the wrong airport but the airline caught it and quickly fixed it.
Another reviewer on Google wrote they had to pay $2000 extra to return to the states. They will take your money with a smile and say go to hell in their minds.
Please either use another agency or make sure you don’t get tricked, they are awful, very bad customer service they tell you everything is ready once you pay, you get the run around for another 4 hour or next day, Belqis helped us both time and buying and so is changing the ticket was an Hassel with her, never use them again for sure.
This place would be the worst place to go if you want to enjoy your trip. They will literally screw up your entire vacation. I had to drive all the way back home with my wife and kids with all have luggage from the airport all the way home because they did not issue my tickets right. Go with Pamir Travel in Fremont or Cyrus Travel in San Francisco or any other travel agency. They had booked me for two separate flights on the same day so United systems could not verify me. When I went to Tri City Travel, they actually blamed me because I called them from the airport for them to clear things up. They will take your money with a smile and you are lucky to either go on your trip or lucky to even return. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
When I asked for a refund, the guy yelled at me, what money!?!?! Sounds very fishy and illegal what they are doing. When I sat in their office, I could hear other people yelling on the phone. Imagine how many people are stuck overseas because of them and no one on this side to bring them back
I would highly recommend Tricity to anyone wanting to travel to international destinations.
