I walked out knowing Beau was in good hands. I liked the veterinarian who took care of Beau. He gave me his background and experience and I felt at ease. My little Beau is SO precious to me and I seek the best care for him. I felt very comfortable that Beau was in good hands.
The vet here is awesome-instead of using a large needle to inject vaccinations, he used a puppy needle and my dog didn't even know he was getting vaccinated. This really helped my dog out because he has anxiety when we go to the vet. The only problem I've had is with their appointment system online. My solution: call to book an appointment.
I am very satisfied with Tricity Veterinary Hospital. I like that they provide us with appointments in the evening and on weekends, otherwise it would be very difficult for me to take my pets to the vet. Dr. Salwan is very kind and considerate. Prices are really good too.
The front desk person is very nice and helpful. She provided me the vet records I needed for my dog. The doctor came in the room happy and makes my dog feel happy and myself too. Excellent place for a dog owner to feel welcome and satisfied!
I would rate this -0 minus. 3 months ago I brought my dog here to euthanize, cremated and ashes sent to me. It's over 3 months now and still haven't received my dogs ashes. Went to their clinic 2 weeks ago to get a refund, I was told they will send the check the following day. It's over 2 weeks now and still haven't got the check. Called their accounting office today and they will take a look at it. This is a terrible place and I have horror experienced about this place every time I brought my dog. Thinking about suing this place. BEWARE!!
