Their associates are so ill trained in customer service, simple etiquette and manners it's unacceptable. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied by the service I received by the associate Gram.
The customer service and treatment I experienced at this location was so terrible. Rating them just 1 star is giving them a compliment! Negative star is what they earned.
(March)The pick up employee and the drop off employee were both very helpful and efficient. Several years back this location had horrible employees, but the group there now has got it together. I recommend this Avis to anybody who lives in the area.

Helpful, friendly staff--definitely will rent here again.
I recommend to future customers to definitely avoid this location. The owner Tony Nguyen seriously needs to revamp his location or risk losing further business. The building is dirty and not kept, cars are rented filthy and the employees appear to be there against their will.
