My rental car Toyota Corolla was excellent, very responsive.
Annoying so I am dropping from 4 stars to 3.
I am them either forced to upgrade or wait. Not fun so you put up a stink and they "give" you the upgrade for the same price as if you're supposed to say 'thanks' for that!
Fremont/ Stevenson location has absolutely THE BEST customer service! We got a super nice car for their $29 weekend special. Cars are always clean and they provide pick up / drop off shuttle as well.
Excellent customer Service, I have been renting vehicles here for my company, personal use, and through my insurance. I recommend this location. The staff always greet you with a smile and answer any questions you might have. I give them a 10 for the excellent customer service and willingness to want to help you.

This was one of the best car rental experiences I've had. The people at the office were incredibly efficient with helping me select the right vehicle, understand the pricing options and add-ons, telling me how to save on the insurance, and getting me in and out quickly. The vehicle was clean and they were easy to work with on pick-up and return. I'd definitely use this location again!
