Truly thought I was in a third world country for drab, couldn’t careless service! Took over a half day to get a car and then had to go back the next day because it was leaking oil and breaks were shimmeying! even though they have an acclaimed maintenance service on their cars.
Such a sad commentary on this firms’ ‘could less attitude’ for $242.00 a week + almost same deposit!!
We rented a car last week to go on vacation and everything was so nice because of the stress free experience of not having to worry about the car making it there and back!
Booked online, went there to pick up, Raj (supervisor) advised me they dont have the car we requested and offered another class for higher price compared to online (no incentives/solutions offered, other than "we apologise for the inconvenience"). So we went online found Enterprise in SJ on Montgomery (Andrew was very helpful), they didn't have the same class, but were able to borrow from another branch...they made it happen for us. This location rents cars for use by Uber drivers, and they are seriously understaffed and overwhelmed. I had a 4pm appointment to pick up a car and I didn't get helped until 6pm. At that point, my midsized reservation turned into a compact rental because it was all they had left. I'm a big guy and the car was unusable. So I brought it back the next day and waited another 2 hours for them to exchange it for the larger car I should have gotten the day before. I asked them to credit me one day's rental or extend my rental by one day to compensate me for the day I wasted and they said they couldn't do it. Go somewhere else if you can.
You couldn’t even embarrass them!
